Sapref views team building as vital to developing efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the organisation's goals; the purpose of team building is to improve the interaction and understanding amongst the GEs who will ultimately become senior staff and the leadership of Sapref. The activities arranged for the purposes of team building are designed to refresh the team’s morale and keep the GEs motivated.
